Dr. Charles B. Eisenson: CEO and President of Discount Health Cards LLC, HealthCard4Free.com and PetsRxCard.com
Dr. Eisenson was a Dentist, Co-Owner and Managing Partner of Synergy Dental Services P.C. and Brentwood Family Dental for over twenty-five years. Dr. Eisenson served on the Board of Directors of MDNY Healthcare, on the Dental Advisory Board for Oxford Health Insurance Company and on the insurance committee for the Suffolk County Medical and Dental Society. He is a graduate of New York University – College of Dentistry (D.D.S.) and Franklin and Marshall College (B.A.).

Dr. Deborah B. Levbarg: Vice President of Discount Health Cards LLC, HealthCard4Free.com and WomensRx.com
Dr. Levbarg was a Dentist and Co-Owner of Synergy Dental Services P.C. and Brentwood Family Dental for over twenty-five years. Dr. Levbarg served as PTA Council Delegate for Smithtown High School as well as PTA Vice-President and Legislative Delegate. She was Chairman of numerous successful fundraisers and continues her work with the Smithtown School District. She is a graduate of New York University – College of Dentistry (D.D.S.) and SUNY Binghamton (B.A.).
